To send a letter on our Web Site a user must first complete an online form. Whilst sending an letter a user is required to give their contact information (such as name and email address). This information is used to contact the user about the services on our site for which they have shown as an interest. Polls:
We request information from the user on our poll form. Here if the user wishes to participate can provide a selected choice as to how they feel should be the answer to a specific question asked on the poll. This information is used by compiling the information into a general answer in relation to what other users have answered for the poll. After the poll everyone can see the average answer that the poll has collected.
